Come

Past:

I came to breakfast early this morning.
She came to lunch late.
He came to dinner with his dog.
You had come with your dog, too.
They were coming but they cancelled.
We had been coming to this restaurant until the menu changed.
The chef had come up with new recipes.

verb phrase: come up with = mentally create; physically produce

Present:

I come to breakfast on time, most days.
She comes to lunch late.
He comes to dinner with his dog.
You come with your dog, too.
They are coming, so we shall wait.
We have been coming to this restaurant for years.
The chef comes up with new recipes every day.

Future:

I will come to breakfast on time, I promise.
She will come to lunch, eventually.
He will come to dinner with his dog.
You will come with your dog, too.
They will be coming; trust me.
After tomorrow, we will have come to this restaurant annually for five years.
The chef will come up with a new recipe.
